Minimum Order Surcharge
Small orders – orders placed at Macmillan for less than £100 at invoice value – carry a small order surcharge of £4 for immediate release. Alternatively they will be held for a maximum of 6 days during which time any backorders released or further orders placed will be merged with the original order, after which time (regardless of whether the minimum order level was reached) the order will be released for carriage-free despatch.
For accounts which have an annual turnover of more than £2000, the Small Order Lead Time hold is only 3 days.
CLC Wholesale and small orders
For customers who are experiencing issues with the Small Order Lead Time, we have reached an agreement with CLC Wholesale who now stock a much wider range of our titles, including church stationery.
Please note, this arrangement excludes titles from Sheldon Press or Baker Academic.
International Customers
USA and Canada
SPCK titles for which we have the US and Canadian rights are available via print-on-demand through Lightning Source Inc. Booksellers in these countries should order from Ingram, Baker & Taylor or other agents.

You will need to provide a list of the titles you wish to return, together with invoice numbers and the date of each order. Please note that books may not be returned earlier than 6 months or later than 12 months after the date of the original invoice, and that stationery items are strictly firm sale only. Books that are out of print cannot be returned. All books returned must be in mint condition.
Upon authorising a return, we will send you the necessary documentation and an appropriate number of returns labels so that you can send the books to the Returns Department at Marston Book Services. Please do not attempt to return books without these, as they will be refused.

This should apply to all orders placed from 1 May 2012 onward.
