Howard M. Ervin
Howard M. Ervin (1915-2009) was professor of Old Testament in the Graduate School of Theology at Oral Roberts University for many years. He was well known for his scholarly publications, including Conversion-Initiation and the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. His was a vibrant voice in the Pentecostal/Charismatic movement and he also participated in the Roman Catholic/Pentecostal Dialogue.
