Michael F. Bird
Dr Michael F. Bird is Lecturer in Theology at the Bible College of Queensland. He is the author of Jesus and the Origins of the Gentile Mission (T&T Clark, 2006), The Saving Righteousness of God (Paternoster, 2007), and A Bird’s-Eye View of Paul (InterVarsity Press, 2008) and the co-author of How Did Christianity Begin? (SPCK, 2008).
Michael’s research interests include the Gospel of Mark, Pauline theology, New Testament theology, and Evangelical ecclesiology. He is married to Naomi and they have three children. They live in Brisbane and attend Acacia Ridge Presbyterian Church.
