Phillip Law
Phillip Law is the compiler of Praying with the Bible (SPCK 2007) and The SPCK (Complete) Book of Christian Prayer (SPCK/Continuum 1995). Philip’s most recent publications include Matthew and Mark in a new series of Study Guides to the New Daily Study Bible (WJK 2010), Daily Devotions with William Barclay:365 Meditations on the Heart of the New Testament (WJK 2008) and Testament – The Abridged Bible (Continuum 2005). He has edited numerous other anthologies, including Saviour – The Life of Christ in Words and Paintings (Lion/Loyola 2000), A Time to Pray (Lion/Abingdon 1997) and The Wisdom of the Bible (Lion/Eerdmans 1996).
He has worked as Editorial Director for T&T Clark (Continuum), as UK Publishing Director for Westminster John Knox Press, and as an editor for Longman, SPCK and Lion.
