Shipping charges for the UK
Currently, all orders to the UK are shipped free of charge (excluding Ireland).
Shipping charges for Europe and Worldwide
All delivery charges are calculated in sterling and can be viewed in the table below.
Please note that split shipments will be treated as separate orders.

Estimated delivery times
UK: Your order should reach you within 5 – 7 days.
Europe and Worldwide: Your order should reach you within 2 – 3 weeks by Air Mail, or 3 – 4 weeks by Surface Mail.
A quick note on ordering from our site
To order from our website, simply find the book you want and click ‘Add to Basket’. When you’ve finished shopping your transaction will be completed by PayPal, and books are supplied by Marston Book Services. PayPal accepts debit cards and major credit cards.

Ordering Problems
If you have changed the quantity of an item in your basket, don’t forget to refresh afterwards. Most other problems, such as failure to accept a valid promotional code, can be solved by clearing your web browser’s cache (temporary storage). This forces the browser to update with the latest data. The method of doing this depends on the browser you are using. Internet Explorer calls these ‘Temporary Internet Files’, and they can be found in ‘Delete Browsing History’ in the Tools menu (you can elect to keep any stored passwords and cookies). Firefox offers the same facility in its Tools menu, but calls it ‘Clear Recent History’.

Returns and refunds
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any book in its original condition for a full refund. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from this website, www.spckpublishing.co.uk.
In the first instance, please contact Marston’s customer service team (contact details below) to receive a returns authorisation, indicating the reason for the return and including your invoice details.
Please note that SPCK will not pay for return postage costs unless there has been a processing error or if the book is damaged or defective. If this is the case, please contact the customer service team first.
After you have received a returns authorisation from our customer service team (see above), you will be asked to send the returns package to the address below. Please include the invoice documentation with the book(s) and wrap the package securely. Please use a secure and traceable method of postage.
